How It Works
We reward our players. Here is everything you need to know about earning and using your Bonus Vault Tokens.
Earning Tokens
You earn complimentary Bonus Vault Tokens automatically when a qualifying ticket purchase reaches the threshold shown on that competition.
Equal Odds
A redeemed Bonus Vault ticket has exactly the same odds of winning as any paid entry or postal free entry. They all go into the exact same draw.
Six-Month Expiry
Tokens expire six months from the date they are earned. To protect your balance, the system uses an oldest-first redemption rule - automatically spending your oldest tokens first.
Per-Competition Limits
Each live competition has a maximum number of Bonus Vault Tokens that one customer can redeem. The limit is shown on the competition page.

Your Account Hub provides full transparency over your Bonus Vault. Check your token balance, review your earning history, and redeem tokens securely.
Bonus Vault Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
