How do I enter a competition?

Browse live competitions, select how many tickets you want, add them to your basket, and complete checkout using your debit/credit card.

When are draws conducted?

Each competition has a scheduled draw date shown on its page. Major draws are conducted live on our YouTube and Instagram channels.

How are winners selected?

A cryptographically secure Random Number Generator (RNG) selects one entry from the eligible draw pool. A SHA-256 audit hash is published with the result to help check the draw record for tampering.

How long do I have to claim my prize?

Winners are contacted immediately after the draw and have 14 days to confirm their delivery details. Unclaimed prizes are redrawn.

Is there a free entry option?

Yes - a free postal entry route is available for every competition. See our Free Entry page for full details.

How do I earn Bonus Vault entries?

You earn Bonus Vault entries by purchasing tickets. The threshold varies per competition and is shown on each competition page.
