Pokey Prizes is a UK-based prize draw platform. In these Terms, "Pokey Prizes", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operators of pokeyprizes.com.

We operate a prize draw platform at pokeyprizes.com where participants may enter competitions for the chance to win Pokémon Trading Card Game prizes, including PSA-graded cards, sealed booster boxes, and collectibles.

Our competitions are prize draws, not lotteries or gambling. Genuine free entry is available for every competition we run (see §6). Participation does not require any purchase.

To participate in any Pokey Prizes competition you must:

• Be aged 18 years or older;
• Be a UK resident at the time of entry;
• Hold a valid payment method (for paid entries); and
• Have a registered and verified Pokey Prizes account.

Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Pokey Prizes, and any third parties involved in operating a specific competition, are not eligible to win that competition.

By registering you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entry where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You must register an account to participate. You may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of others, is prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated entries or prizes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at play@pokeyprizes.com.

We may suspend or close your account at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where required to do so by law or regulation.

Each competition features a specific prize, a fixed number of paid tickets, and a stated price per entry, alongside a genuine postal free-entry route. The number of paid tickets is displayed prominently on every competition page. Your odds of winning are calculated from your entries and the final eligible draw pool.

Paid-ticket sell-out: When all paid tickets are allocated, the competition closes immediately. No further paid entries, Bonus Vault redemptions or new postal QR entries can be accepted. A postal QR already sent may still be accepted only if received within 24 hours of paid-ticket sell-out, or before the advertised draw if that is sooner.

Draw date: The advertised draw date and time do not change when paid tickets sell out. The draw takes place at the advertised time using the final eligible entry pool.

We may only change the paid-ticket pool or draw arrangements before entries have been issued, except where required by law or where we cancel a competition under these Terms. Any material change will be notified to entered participants by email.

Entry prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices are as shown on the competition page at the time of purchase. No additional charges apply at checkout beyond the stated ticket price.

Payments are processed securely by Trust Payments Ltd (authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority). We do not store your full card details on our servers. By purchasing entries you authorise the payment of the stated amount to Pokey Prizes.

A confirmation email is sent to your registered address after each successful purchase, setting out the competition entered, the number of entries purchased, and your entry reference numbers.

All sales are final once entries are confirmed (see §9 for the limited exceptions). You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; however, by purchasing entries in a competition whose draw may take place within that 14-day window, you expressly acknowledge that the service will be performed within the cancellation period and that your right to cancel lapses upon confirmation of your entries. This does not affect your rights in the event of a competition cancellation by us.

Free entry is available while a competition is open. This is a genuine, no-purchase-necessary method of entry open to all registered users.

To enter for free: log in to your account, navigate to an open competition, and select "Free Entry" to generate a unique QR code. Print the QR code and post it to our registered address (published on the Free Entry page).

When all paid tickets are allocated, the competition closes immediately and no further QR codes can be downloaded. A QR code already posted may still be accepted if it is received within 24 hours of paid-ticket sell-out, or before the advertised draw if that is sooner. Postal entries received after that deadline are invalid.

Free entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries. The cost of posting a free entry (postage stamp) is the sole cost associated with this route. We accept no liability for postal entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Free-entry QR codes are single-use and competition-specific; duplicate or photocopied entries will not be accepted.

Random Number Generator (RNG): Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure RNG. The RNG selects one entry from the eligible draw pool, and the draw records the competition, timestamp, winning ticket, and a SHA-256 audit hash.

Live stream: All major draws are broadcast live on our YouTube and Instagram channels at the advertised time. Draws conducted outside scheduled live streams (for example, time-sensitive closures) are recorded and the full footage published within 2 hours.

Results are final: Once announced, draw results cannot be appealed or reversed except in the case of a verified technical error in the RNG process, at our sole discretion. In the event of a technical error, a re-draw will be conducted using the same published RNG method.

Every prize listed on Pokey Prizes is physically held in our secure storage facility before the competition opens. PSA-graded cards are described by their PSA certification number, independently verifiable at psacard.com. Sealed products are verified to be factory-sealed at the time of listing.

Winners are notified by email to their registered address within 2 hours of the draw. Winners must complete our winner claim form within 14 calendar days of notification. For prizes with a retail value exceeding £500, we require photographic ID and proof of age before releasing the prize.

Prizes are shipped fully insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent tracked courier. Delivery is to the UK address provided on the claim form. We do not ship to PO boxes. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days from dispatch. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or fails to complete the claim process, a reserve winner may be drawn using the same RNG methodology.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize unless we expressly agree in writing. Where a stated prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, and you will be notified before accepting.

General policy: Entry fees are non-refundable once entries are confirmed, except in the circumstances set out below. This reflects the nature of prize draw competitions where entries are allocated a unique ticket number immediately upon confirmation.

Competition cancelled by Pokey Prizes: If we cancel a competition before the draw takes place (other than due to non-compliance by the entrant), all entry fees paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 working days of the cancellation announcement.

Technical payment errors: If a duplicate charge or payment error occurs due to a fault on our systems, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount within 5 working days of the error being confirmed.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer for a legitimate purchase, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation, cancel any associated entries, and refer the matter to our fraud prevention processes. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities. Prize draws should be fun and affordable. We offer the following safeguards to all customers:

• Spend limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly spend limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after being set.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion from your Account Settings. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended and you cannot purchase entries.
• Spending summaries: Access monthly spending summaries from your Account dashboard at any time.

If you are concerned about your participation, please contact us or seek support from GamCare or BeGambleAware.

You must not:

• Enter any competition if you are under 18 or not a UK resident;
• Create or operate more than one account;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to purchase entries or interact with the platform;
• Attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or compromise any draw or its outcomes;
• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Pokey Prizes staff or other customers;
• Resell or transfer entries without our prior written consent; or
• Attempt to access any administrative or restricted area of the platform.

Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of entries without refund, reporting to relevant authorities, and recovery of any losses incurred by us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: any indirect, consequential, or special loss; loss of profit or anticipated savings; loss of data; or any loss arising from your inability to access the platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events).

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total entry fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

All content on pokeyprizes.com, including text, images, logos, competition listings, and software, is owned by or licensed to Pokey Prizes and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or content you submit to us may be used by us freely without compensation or attribution.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at play@pokeyprizes.com or via our Contact page. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 working days and to resolve them within 14 working days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Details of the ADR scheme we participate in are available on request.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, although as a UK business post-Brexit our primary ADR routes are domestic.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at pokeyprizes.com/terms. We archive previous versions - contact us if you need to reference a prior version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, save that nothing prevents us from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect our rights.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may have additional rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
